Your site must offer our users & members free service or free
information with no cost involved at any time.
Sites providing a product
If your site offers a free product but requires shipping & handling fees,
that is understandable, but the fees must not be excessive. We reserve the right
to reject listing based solely on our judgment of what constitutes excessive
shipping & handling fees.
Your site cannot endorse or have links to
"cheater programming" or "cheater program" sites.
No adult or so called "hate" or "death" sites. Those
concepts do not match ours.
A reciprocal link is required.
A link for a link, a banner for a banner. Fair is fair. If you are
interested in a banner exchange, please use our banner below.
Please note we do not use full sized banners for link exchange. Half sized or a
size close to ours is fine.

GUIDELINES
You must be a member of I.C.C. which is no-brainer since it's free.
If you are not currently a member, you can join here.
Your site cannot endorse or have links to
"cheater programming" or "cheater program" sites.
No adult or so called "hate" or "death" sites. Those
concepts do not match ours.
The intention of the I.C.C. site of the month feature is to show beginners how to effectively utilize referral programs on a website by featuring your site as an example. Please keep the intent of I.C.C.'s site of the month feature in mind when submitting your site for review.
We encourage you to write the article
about your site. After all, no one knows the details like you. However, if you
prefer, we will write it. Make sure to supply details in your submission.
Include some background about your site. How you came up with the site concept,
the date you launched it, high points, low points and anything else of interest
about your site.
I.C.C. reserves the right to edit all submitted material.. (See legal stuff)
Submitting the Info ...
In the Subject line enter "Site of the month"
In the Body of the letter, make sure to include the url (address) of your site
along with your article.
DO NOT INCLUDE ATTACHMENTS to e-mail. If you have pic's or graphics you
want to submit for possible use in the article, post them on your server and
include the url where to grab them in your E-Mail.. Again, we reserve
editing rights. (See legal stuff)
The Legal Stuff
By submitting your site for review, you are granting I.C.C. the right to copy
images, graphics & text from your site for the sole purpose of producing a
feature article to appear within the I.C.C. site of the month feature. You grant
I.C.C. the right to alter the size & placement of images, graphics &
text copied from your site for purposes of fitting the article within our
format. You release I.C.C. from patent, trademark and/or copyright liability.
You grant I.C.C. the right to produce and publish the finished article within
the I.C.C. site. I.C.C. is not liable for inaccuracies or
misrepresentations within your supplied material or material produced by I.C.C.
We reserve the right to decline submissions based on but not limited to the
guidelines outlined above. We will make every effort to produce an article that
is to your satisfaction.
Approval / Time Frame
You will receive an e-mail confirmation regarding your submission within 48
hours. Upon approval, we will notify you via e-mail along with the projected
date that your site will be featured on I.C.C. The time frame from review to the
final published feature article is 30 days. So come on! You have nothing to lose
and your site will gain some exposure!
