The Folks at Radio free cash have announced they have changed their start up
date to July 15th. You can still sign up, and use the program. In the
meantime, instead of earning cash, you can earn a free CD for listening to music
via radio free cash. Although it is a minor set back, it is something to note it
you are currently offering it on your site as a referral program.

In case you missed the addition on the Home Page, we have now added a
message board. All current users of I.C.C. please note that I.C.C. does NOT
charge for membership. You will find everything as it was before with the
exception that if you want to use the message board, you must become an I.C.C.
member which of course, is free. The reason we require a membership to use the
message board is to reduce the amount of erroneous messages that may otherwise
occur.
So... DON'T PANIC! We are still operating under our motto "Always Honest,
Always Free" and always will.
Now having gotten that out of the way, I'd like to encourage all of you to use
the message board. Use it to share ideas, ask questions and the like. You are
always welcome to continue to e-mail I.C.C., but you now have another resource
