HONESTLY help people learn how to make extra income by utilizing the free

out there. Some require you to make an investment, and some, unfortunately, are
just out to take your money. At THIS site, everything is free.

History of I.C.C. written Ed Gowland, the founder of I.C.C.
By trade, I am a marketing researcher also involved in patent & trademark research. In 1997 I became more involved in web site promotion & design. In 1998, I started "River's Edge Web Site Development". My endeavor grew & the company was recently revamped. I now currently co-own www.obxweb.com Enough about me. Here's the in's & out's of I.C.C.
I founded I.C.C. out of a bit of
outrage. Here's the whole story :
I live several states away from my Daughter. She is a house wife & mother
and is always looking for ways to make money from home. In the past, she joined
several "companies" or sent for information on how to earn money from
home. She would call & I listened as she told me about the wonderful things
she was going to buy. I also received phone calls & listened each time her
dreams & hopes hit the rocks because all of the "companies" she
joined turned out to be rip-off's. The companies always started out with the
"free no money needed pitch" but then required her to
"invest" money somewhere down the road.
At the same time this was going on, I was
working full time on the Internet. I had joined the All Advantage "get paid
to surf" program simply as a way to offset my Internet access cost. After a
few months, I built what I thought was a great site which included the
All Advantage banner. (For tips I learned the hard way, read the I.C.C.
Getting Started article.) Some time went by and I realized was making some
serious extra income. Not enough to quit work, but what the heck! So...I called
my daughter and told her what I was doing. Her family owns a computer, but she
did not have the skill to build a web site.
So, I promised her I would build one for her when I could find time.
Time rolled by and I worked on at a site for my daughter in my spare time. My sign ups from All advantage continued while my daughter waited on me to finish her site. Also, at the same time, friends kept asking me to help them make some extra income too. The straw broke when my daughter called and told me a "company" she had joined charged her 35 bucks for a "starter kit" that would make her thousands of dollars within a few months. But now, she was told she needed to "invest" 2,000 dollars! They offered to "help" her by setting up a payment plan at around 330 bucks per installment. As a Dad, it made me want to go gunning for these slim balls, but on the rational end, the best thing to do was to help her do what I was doing.
So...I did two things...First off, I got my tail in gear & finished my daughter's site. Second, I decided to build a site for that my daughter & friends could visit to learn from. Because of the novice level of my family & friends, I realized the site would have to include a TON of information. I gathered all the links to great sites I knew could help a person start from scratch or help seasoned internet folks as well. I jammed it into this site, along with a list of the referral programs. I launched "The Internet Cash Center" back in 1999. In Feb 2000 I bought the domain name internetcashcenter.com , rented server space for it, added more links. Since then it has developed a life of it's own and here is the result.
These days several friends and others who found I.C.C. helpful share the operation of this site with me. And yes, we do have a "Let's screw the Rip off artists by showing people how to make serious coin for free" attitude. You should be able to find everything you need here to get you started. If you know of something we missed or know of a great site to add, please e-mail us. If you would like to contribute an article that's even better! The new message board will allow I.C.C. users to better communicate with each other.. The original e-mail promise is still in place. I'll do my best to answer any questions you may have.
The bottom line ...
Folks, you don't need to spend one red cent to
start making some extra money on the Internet.. Even if you don't know how to
build a web site you can make money. I show you how I "dood it" in the
Getting Started article. Put the plastic away!
You don't need to pay anyone to make money from home. If you are already
proficient with computers all the better! Perhaps all you need from us a jump
start on how on how to "dood it".

That would be great since it costs to maintain this site & costs you nothing
to sign up from here. If you don't, well...I'm grew up in the '60's, so I'll use
the term "bummer". However, I already know sites such as this are not
the real money generators in terms of referrals. What type of sites are?
